Welcome to Sip Swallow Speech AZ where we understand that communication and swallowing challenges can affect individuals at any stage of life - from the earliest days in the NICU to later adulthood. You don’t have to navigate alone.

We provide speech therapy and dysphagia services via secure telehealth for patients ranging from neonates to geriatric adults. Whether supporting infant feeding, articulation and language development, voice and cognitive changes, or safe swallowing across medical conditions, therapy is tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Together, we build practical strategies that empower confident communication and safe, functional swallowing.

PROVIDERS

Kasey Greff, MS, CCC-SLP, is a licensed speech-language pathologist with more than a decade of clinical experience across the continuum of care. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from  and has been practicing since 2012.

Throughout her career, Kasey has developed broad and diverse clinical expertise working with patients from the neonatal period through adulthood. Her professional experience spans multiple medical and educational settings including skilled nursing facilities, acute care hospitals, school systems, and private practice. This range of practice environments has allowed her to build a comprehensive skill set in evaluating and treating a wide variety of communication and swallowing disorders.

Kasey’s clinical focus includes neonatal feeding and swallowing disorders, speech and language delays and disorders, cognitive-communication impairments, and dysphagia management across the lifespan. She has specialized training and certifications in several advanced clinical programs, including SOFFI (Supporting Oral Feeding in Fragile Infants), MBSImP (Modified Barium Swallow Impairment Profile), and VFSImP (Videofluoroscopic Swallow Study Impairment Profile), supporting her expertise in instrumental swallow assessment and complex feeding cases.

In addition to her clinical work, Kasey is deeply committed to professional development and education within the field of speech-language pathology. She has mentored clinicians and students, served as a guest lecturer for local universities, and presented at state professional conferences on topics related to swallowing disorders and clinical program development.

Kasey also has experience developing and implementing speech and swallowing programs within acute care settings, helping expand access to specialized services and improve interdisciplinary collaboration in patient care.

Her professional approach combines evidence-based practice, mentorship, and program development to support both patient outcomes and the advancement of the speech-language pathology profession. 

In her free time, Kasey enjoys spending time with her 3 boys, her goldendoodle, and her husband who is also her high school sweetheart. When she is not at work, she is focusing on what matters most to her, God and family.
